FAQ Does ikea hold items?
FAQ Ikea do not hold items,so if any of the items you require are sold out,then we will contact you once we are on site so you can advise if you would like to swap or add an item or simply if you like your money back for that item.

FAQ Does ikea do online payments?
FAQ Ikea does not offer online payment facilities. You will need to calculate the cost of your items plus our "delivery only"or "delivery and assembly"price prior to the run date.

FAQ Are the items insured?
FAQ Items are insured from the time they are picked up and until they are delivered to your door.If you have chosen to use our service for "delivery and assembly"then it would be on completion of the assembly of the item.

FAQ When do I receive my goods?
FAQ Once we have confirmed an ikea delivery date with you then the goods will be delivered within 2 days.We will provide a full confirmation of the delivery once your order is received.
